Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your order. If there’s a problem, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Returns: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned within 28 days of delivery.
- Exchanges: We’ll exchange your item for another of equal value once we receive the original piece back.
- Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, earrings and custom orders cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Process: Email us with your order number and reason for return/exchange. We’ll send you the return address and instructions.
- Postage: Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
