How it works

Get in touch – Scroll to the bottom of the page and complete the contact form, or email eightytwocolours@outlook.com.

Tell us your ideas – Include details like:

      •   Item type (e.g. hat, top, bag)

      •   Size

      •   Colour(s)

      •   Yarn preference (if you have one)

      •   Any inspiration photos or sketches

Quote & confirmation – We’ll confirm the design, price, and estimated completion time before starting.

Creation – Your item will be handmade with care. Depending on complexity, this usually takes 5–14 working days.

Delivery – Once complete, we'll send you photos for approval, then post your item using your chosen shipping method.

 

Things to note

• Custom orders are non-refundable unless faulty.
• Prices vary depending on size, yarn type, and complexity.
• If your design requires special yarn, we may ask for a deposit to cover the cost before starting.
