Ready-made items are dispatched within 2–3 working days. Made-to-order crochet takes 5–10 working days before shipping.

Can I request a custom crochet piece?

Yes! We’re happy to work with you on size, colour, and style changes. Contact us before ordering to discuss your ideas.

How should I wash my crochet item?

See our Care Instructions page for full details – but in short, hand wash in cool water and lay flat to dry.

Do you ship internationally?

What yarn do you use?
